Solely for the aforesaid purposes, such data may also be transmitted to companies of the Adecco Group and to business partners abroad and processed there. Adecco will ensure that all recipients process such data concerning me in accordance with the requirements of the Swiss data protection law.

I agree that information and references may be obtained from the contact persons designated by me, and that Adecco can pass on the data about me to suitable client companies and employers.

Upon termination of the business relationship between me and Adecco, Adecco may continue to store the data about me and send me offers for services. Adecco will, however, still be obliged to delete all data at any time upon my request, provided such deletion would not contravene any legal archiving obligations.

Ich stimme zu, dass bei den von mir angegebenen Kontakten Auskünfte und Referenzen über mich eingeholt werden dürfen, und dass Adecco die Daten über mich an geeignete Einsatzbetriebe bzw. Arbeitgeber weitergeben darf.

Nach Beendigung der Geschäftsbeziehung zwischen mir und Adecco darf Adecco die Daten über mich weiterhin aufbewahren und mir Angebote für Dienstleistungen unterbreiten. Adecco ist jedoch auch dann verpflichtet, auf meine jederzeitige Aufforderung hin alle Daten zu löschen, soweit einer Löschung keine gesetzlichen Aufbewahrungspflichten entgegen stehen.
